In a recently built house in Urrugne, the owner had not yet completed the perimeter enclosure of the property. He contacted us to request a quote.
After preparing the estimate, we worked with a surveyor to precisely define the property boundaries. We began with a small excavation for the footing, where we encountered a problem with tree roots. To solve it, we called in a gardener who used a “hedgehog-type” machine to remove the stump. Once resolved, we poured the reinforced concrete, built the block walls, and finally rendered them with a waterproof mortar.
A perimeter wall built in full respect of the property boundaries. A happy client, and a happy team.
