The Administration Department supports the company as a whole and accompanies each project from the initial contact through to the completion of the works.
In many cases, it is also the first point of contact with GL: it receives enquiries from new clients, gathers the initial information and directs each request to the appropriate department.
Throughout the development of each project, the department is responsible for keeping the administrative and financial documentation organised, coordinating information between the different departments and ensuring smooth communication with clients, suppliers and specialist contractors.
• Receive and register new client enquiries and gather the information required to carry out an initial assessment.
• Provide initial information and coordinate site visits with the Studies Department.
• Manage schedules, appointments and administrative communications related to projects.
• Prepare and manage the documentation required for the start and development of the works, including any necessary permits and administrative procedures.
• Manage accounting, invoicing, collections, payments and the administrative monitoring of projects.
• Coordinate documentation relating to clients, suppliers and specialist contractors and keep it up to date throughout the project.
• Provide administrative support to the Studies, Preparation and Execution Departments.
• Respond to and direct clients’ administrative enquiries throughout the development of the works.
Ultimately, its role is to ensure that the administrative, documentary and financial aspects accompanying each project
