Once the project has been approved, each job is assigned to Cynthia or Iune, who becomes the client’s main point of contact throughout the entire execution phase.

From this department, we coordinate the project, organise the different professionals involved and carry out the necessary follow-up to ensure the works progress in an orderly manner through to completion.

DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• We assign the execution manager and the team that will take part in each project.

• We support the client in selecting and defining materials, finishes and any other decisions required before and during the execution phase.

• We coordinate the different in-house teams, specialist contractors and professionals involved in the project.

• We manage the appointment of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, plasterboard installers and other specialist companies.

• We maintain ongoing communication with the site manager and hold internal follow-up meetings to review progress, requirements and upcoming works.

• We keep the client informed and channel all decisions and issues related to the project through a single point of contact.

• Once the works are completed, we carry out a full review together with the client and formalise the project close-out and handover.

The objective is simple: the client should not have to coordinate multiple companies and professionals, but instead have a single point of contact responsible for organising and coordinating the entire project.
