Renovation of exterior stone terrace with tile installation in Hendaye

The client had an irregular stone terrace that allowed significant water infiltration, causing dampness in the house walls. They needed a more waterproof surface to protect their home.

Removal of the existing stone and mortar. Creation of new slopes to ensure proper water drainage. Installation of invisible drainage channels. Installation of tiles as the new surface finish. Protection of the façade and installation of a rounded edge with KERDI membrane to improve waterproofing between floor and vertical walls.

A fully renovated and waterproofed terrace, with a high-quality and aesthetically pleasing tiled finish. The client was very satisfied with the chosen tile and later entrusted us with additional work in their home.
