Even though the vast majority of our projects are delivered without any reservations, and less than 5% require subsequent intervention, we are fully committed to responding to any post-delivery request.
Our operating procedure:
• When you identify an element requiring intervention, please contact us without delay (phone / email / web form).
• We will schedule an on-site visit: diagnosis, photos, and assessment of the necessary intervention.
• You will then receive an “intervention sheet” detailing the work to be carried out and any parts covered.
• Our team will mobilize to complete the work as quickly as possible.
For our projects in France, we fully comply with the legal obligations: the one-year perfect completion guarantee, the two-year warranty, and, where applicable, the ten-year structural guarantee.
