The Administrative Department is the internal support point that allows the entire company to operate in a clear, organised, and efficient manner.
It is the team that ensures communication, documentation, and the financial management of each project are always perfectly under control.
• When a client calls or writes, we register the request and gather the necessary information.
• We provide the initial details and schedule the visit with the Study Department.
• We manage the agenda and appointments, maintaining smooth communication with clients.
• We prepare the necessary files for each project, including preliminary declarations when required.
• Mónica is in charge of accounting and issuing invoices.
• We ensure administrative coordination with the other departments and remain available to respond to any client request.
