This is one of the most complex and demanding projects we have carried out. The original house was lowered by 3.5 to 4 meters to create a basement and an underground garage with elevator, which required meticulous planning and highly precise structural work.
- Deep excavation in collaboration with a specialized company for retaining walls (berlin wall system) to secure the terrain.
- Construction of underground garage with elevator.
- Replacement of the old wooden interior structure: demolition of the mezzanine and execution of a new solid structure.
- Complete reinforcement of the roof: total removal of the roof and reconstruction to ensure stability and safety.
- Large openings created in stone walls.
- Execution of concrete slabs and large-scale structures, using tons of steel and concrete.
- Construction of an Infinity Pool and large outdoor terraces.
- Construction of numerous staircases and rounded arches in different areas.
- Creation of concrete planters in three shuttering phases for detailed finishes.
- Extension of the house and outdoor terraces.
- Placement of more than 150 m³ of gravel around the perimeter for drainage, along with complete waterproofing.
- Reconstruction of the boundary wall of the plot, replicated identically with its curves and original posts.
The result is a completely transformed, expanded and modernized house, with a structure of extremely high technical complexity and impeccable finishes. The collaboration with the owner —an engineer with his own design office— allowed for strict step-by-step monitoring, resulting in a unique and exemplary project, where attention to detail and structural capacity made the difference.
