Partial renovation of an apartment on Rue Gambetta, Saint-Jean-de-Luz

An elderly lady entrusted us with the improvement of her apartment in the heart of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, seeking greater comfort without a full renovation.

The project included the complete renovation of the bathroom (with grab bars for added safety), improvements to the kitchen while keeping part of the existing layout, and insulation work in the bedroom. Wooden insulated windows were installed to enhance thermal and acoustic comfort. Plumbing, electrical, plasterboard, masonry, and painting works were carried out. The interior of the staircase was also repainted. The client lived in the property throughout the works, which required extra care, but everything was handled positively
