In Bidart, we collaborated with the Delphine Carrère architecture studio (Biarritz) on a major project to transform a semi-detached house into a single-family home. Our scope focused on masonry and structural works, with particular attention to load-bearing walls and sanitation.
- Interior demolitions and opening of several load-bearing walls.
- Creation of rounded openings in façade walls, with installation of IPN steel beams according to engineering calculations.
- Construction of an exterior path in exposed aggregate concrete (béton désactivé) with special shapes.
- Sanitation works: excavation and installation of pipes around the exterior perimeter.
- Structural masonry works in support of the overall project.
The works gave shape to the architectural project, ensuring structural strength and the new layout of the resulting single-family home. It was mainly a masonry intervention, coordinated with other specialized companies, achieving a high-quality result within a large-scale transformation.
