A 200 m² apartment in the center of Biarritz was transformed into the main offices of a French real estate developer. With a decorative project designed by an interior designer, we were entrusted with the full execution of the works within a very short timeframe (September to December), as the official inauguration was scheduled with the mayor.
Complete installation of plumbing and heating, hiding all pipes under the floor despite the challenge of crossing a load-bearing wall in the hallway. Leveling of all 200 m² of floors. Installation of marble flooring in part of the premises and Bolon with brass inserts in others. New wooden joinery and doors with brass details. Bathroom finished in microcement. Construction of a glass cube as a meeting room. Plasterboard, painting, and lacquered wood partitions. Recovery and reuse of an old wooden floor of great value, later installed in our own office.
High-end offices, delivered on time with high-quality finishes, the result of collaboration between the decorator, the client, our team, and the various trades involved. Despite the pressure and the simultaneity of several companies working, the final outcome was elegant, functional, and representative of the developer’s corporate image.
