Floor renovation at Íñigo Lavado restaurant (FICOBA)

After several collaborations with FICOBA, we were entrusted with the renovation of approximately 300 m² of flooring at chef Íñigo Lavado’s restaurant. Some additional plasterboard and painting works were also required.

Removal of the existing floor. Installation of a new floor with a sawn finish, durable and resistant. Complementary carpentry, plasterboard, and painting works. Full compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendations on expansion joints, ensuring durability and warranty coverage.
