Complete renovation of a medical and ophthalmology practice in Tarnos

After renovating a first practice in Bayonne, the doctors in Tarnos entrusted us with their project. It required a structural modification in a communal building, with a special budget and an engineering study accompanied by a constat d’huissier to authorize opening the main wall.

A large automatic door was installed. Soundproof doors were fitted except one in tempered glass. Flooring was renewed with resistant tiles. Electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning works were carried out. An adapted toilet for PRM was installed. A special floor with curved skirting was placed in one room. Ceilings were renewed with removable acoustic panels. All equipment was carefully protected.

A fully renovated practice delivered on time. The only post-delivery adjustment was regulating the automatic door, quickly resolved thanks to our after-sales service.
