This project involved a large villa (500 m²). The first phase focused on the kitchen, entrance, office, and a bathroom (100 m²). The kitchen was constrained by a load-bearing wall, limiting space and natural light. The client wanted it completely open, which became a structural challenge.
Demolition of interior load-bearing walls, with engineering calculations. Installation of a 7-meter heavy steel beam, reinforced with vertical concrete posts. First phase renovation of kitchen, entrance, office, and bathroom. Full renovation of the villa (500 m²): Pool renovation. Complete dressing rooms in main bedrooms. Bathrooms with large-format tiles, custom-made furniture, and Hans Grohe built-in faucets. Freestanding designer bathtub. High-end lighting (Delta Light). Special oak flooring. Cantilever staircase with glass railing. Fireplace redesigned in corten steel with solid oak beam. Cleaning and restoration of original wooden beams.
A fully renovated high-standard villa, using noble materials, modern design, and precise structural execution, with great attention to detail.
