This is the first direct contact with the client and where our way of working begins.

- The client calls or writes: we register the request.

- We analyse the initial information and schedule a visit.

- A technician attends the visit. The first and most important step is to listen to the client’s needs.

- We assess the situation and provide guidance.

- During the visit, we take measurements, notes and photos.

- At the office, we prepare a clear and detailed quotation.

- We deliver the quotation and address the client’s questions.

- If necessary, we make any required modifications.

- Once approved, the project is transferred to the Execution Department.
