The client has a single point of contact responsible for ensuring the proper progress of the work: Cynthia or Iune.

Here, we manage everything that happens after the client approves the project.

• A site manager is assigned.

• We select the materials together with the client.

• We coordinate all the trades involved. We sign contracts with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, drywall installers, etc.

• We maintain daily communication with the site foreman and hold a weekly internal meeting.

• Upon completion, we carry out a full inspection with the client and sign the end-of-works document.
